How to use this page
Below is a list of topical resources designed to help Life Groups grow in their journey of Life with Jesus, Together and On Mission. We believe God has called us to focus on these specific topics in this season as a church, and we're committed to resourcing you with meaningful ways to engage with them. As you consider these topics, we encourage you to pray and discern what would make most sense for your group right now. The goal isn't simply to fill your schedule—it's to pay attention to how God is already at work in your group and discern how these topics might align with and strengthen what he's already doing among you.
If you'd like to move forward with engaging with one of these topics, please reach out to lifegroups@salemalliance.org. We'll be happy to connect you with the individuals who will be teaching/facilitating discussions for your chosen topic.

Application Conversations
Family conflicts: Family conflicts are not unavoidable because we all see situations from our perspective. They can be addressed when we go back to basics on how we live out God’s grace and peace and begin with His perspective.
Siblings: Sibling conflict comes, goes, stays and van estrange the relationships. What is ours in this persisting or new conflict and what are we trying to control in our family of origin.
Work conflicts: At our place of employment, we bring together more backgrounds and learned behaviors than in our core family of experience. How do we learn, listen and consider what we are learning in this conflict before we tell the other what they need to learn.
Neighbors: Relationships with neighbors can be a gift, an angst or an unknown. When we are in a conflict with a neighbor, what are we asked to do biblically and how do we begin that journey?
