Salem Alliance Church is seeking a full-time Creative Producer to lead the production and technical support of worship services, live broadcasts, and major church events. This role partners closely with the Worship Leader and Pastor of Online Ministries.
We are looking for a collaborative leader who is passionate about production excellence and enjoys developing volunteers, solving technical challenges, and creating exceptional worship experiences. The ideal candidate has experience in live audio engineering, lighting, video production, and production systems, along with strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
This is a primarily onsite, weekend-focused ministry position. Regular leadership during Saturday evening and Sunday worship services is required, along with weekday planning, rehearsals, production responsibilities, volunteer development, and evening support for conferences and special events.

Worship & Tech Ministry Assistant
Salem Alliance Church is hiring a 20-hour, part-time Worship & Tech Ministry Assistant to provide administrative, organizational, and ministry support for the Worship & Tech Department. This role supports the team by coordinating volunteers, managing ministry systems, supporting worship services and special events, and helping the department operate effectively.
We are seeking someone who is organized, dependable, relational, and passionate about serving behind the scenes. The ideal candidate enjoys creating systems, coordinating volunteers, managing details, and supporting ministry leaders in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
This position is primarily onsite Tuesday through Friday during regular office hours, with occasional evenings and weekends to support worship services, conferences, seasonal events, and ministry initiatives. Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.

Pastor of Preschool Ministries
Salem Alliance Church is hiring a Pastor of Preschool Ministries to provide leadership, pastoral care, and ministry oversight for children from birth through preschool age and their families. This full-time pastoral role leads volunteers and staff, oversees curriculum and ministry environments, partners with parents in the spiritual development of their children, and helps create safe, welcoming, and engaging spaces where young children can begin building a foundation of faith.
We are seeking someone who is relational, organized, and passionate about ministering to young children and their families. The ideal candidate will have experience in children’s ministry, education, or pastoral leadership and enjoy equipping volunteers, supporting parents, and maintaining strong ministry systems.
This position is primarily onsite and requires regular leadership during Saturday evening and Sunday preschool ministry programming, along with weekday office hours dedicated to ministry planning, volunteer development, and administrative responsibilities.

Technical Ministries Specialist Intern
Salem Alliance Church is seeking a Technical Ministries Specialist Intern to join our Worship & Tech team for a one-year, paid internship. This 28-hour-per-week position provides hands-on experience in church production, audio, lighting, and technical ministry while supporting worship services, special events, and ministry programming across our campus.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, technically minded, and passionate about using technology to support ministry. The ideal candidate enjoys working behind the scenes, solving problems, serving others, and growing in both technical skills and ministry experience.
This position is primarily onsite and requires regular participation during Saturday evening and Sunday worship services, along with weekday hours supporting event setup, equipment maintenance, installations, and technical projects. This internship runs from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, and is intended as a one-year developmental opportunity.

Baraka English Childcare Workers
We are hiring two Childcare Workers to care for children during the Baraka English program on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am–1pm, September through June. This part-time position is a wonderful opportunity to share the love of Jesus with children and families from all over the world while creating safe, welcoming, and nurturing classroom environments.

Baraka Prayer Gathering Ministry Assistant & Baraka English Case Manager
Salem Alliance Church is hiring a full-time Baraka Prayer Gathering Ministry Assistant & Baraka English Case Manager to serve within Refugee Ministries by providing ministry coordination, volunteer support, and case management services for refugee and immigrant families. This role supports Baraka Prayer Gathering through program administration, volunteer coordination, transportation logistics, and participant engagement, while also providing case management services for women participating in Baraka English through the STEP grant program.
We are seeking someone who is organized, relational, and compassionate about serving global neighbors. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and communication skills, cultural humility, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with participants, volunteers, and community partners. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
This position is primarily onsite and requires regular participation on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays during programming. Due to the nature of this role, which includes case management, mentoring, home visits, and ministry support primarily for refugee and immigrant women from Muslim backgrounds, only female applicants will be considered.

Missio College is hiring a 30-32 hour a week Missio College Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support for students, faculty, and staff. This role assists with student services, event coordination, curriculum support, social media and day-to-day college operations while helping create a welcoming and organized environment for prospective and current students.
We are seeking someone who is organized, relational, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting higher education. The ideal candidate enjoys serving others, managing multiple priorities, and communicating effectively with students and faculty.
This position is primarily onsite during regular office hours and includes occasional evenings and weekends for events, retreats, graduation, and other Missio College activities. Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.
