Worship & Weekend Coordinator

Salem Alliance Church is hiring a full-time Worship & Weekend Coordinator to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of the weekend worship experience. This role serves as the organizational hub for the Worship & Tech Department, ensuring every element from volunteer coordination and hospitality to service logistics, and ministry communication comes together each weekend.

We are seeking someone who is highly organized, relational, and thrives behind the scenes. The ideal candidate enjoys bringing people together, managing details, maintaining systems, and serving ministry leaders and volunteers with excellence. 

This is a primarily onsite, weekend-focused ministry position. Regular leadership during Saturday evening and Sunday worship services is required, along with weekday planning, volunteer coordination, event preparation, and occasional evening responsibilities for rehearsals, conferences, and special events.

Baraka English Language Coordinator

Salem Alliance Church is hiring a 30–34 hour/week, non-exempt Baraka English Language Coordinator to lead the Baraka Workforce English program within Refugee Ministries. This role provides English language instruction for adult learners while overseeing curriculum development, volunteer teacher training, and program coordination. 

We are seeking someone who is passionate about teaching, enjoys developing volunteers, and has a heart for serving people from diverse cultural backgrounds. The ideal candidate is organized, relational, and adaptable, with the ability to lead a classroom, build effective curriculum, and maintain strong administrative systems. Experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) or adult education is preferred, along with excellent communication and cross-cultural relationship skills.

This is a primarily onsite ministry position. Regular weekday and evening participation in English classes is required and occasional ministry events and meetings.

Bilingual or multilingual candidates, particularly those who speak Arabic, Spanish, French, Swahili, or other languages common within the refugee community, are encouraged to apply.

Salem Alliance Church is hiring a 20-hour, part-time Worship & Tech Ministry Assistant to provide administrative, organizational, and ministry support for the Worship & Tech Department. This role supports the team by coordinating volunteers, managing ministry systems, supporting worship services and special events, and helping the department operate effectively.

We are seeking someone who is organized, dependable, relational, and passionate about serving behind the scenes. The ideal candidate enjoys creating systems, coordinating volunteers, managing details, and supporting ministry leaders in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

This position is primarily onsite Tuesday through Friday during regular office hours, with occasional evenings and weekends to support worship services, conferences, seasonal events, and ministry initiatives. Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.

Pastor of Preschool Ministries

Salem Alliance Church is hiring a Pastor of Preschool Ministries to provide leadership, pastoral care, and ministry oversight for children from birth through preschool age and their families. This full-time pastoral role leads volunteers and staff, oversees curriculum and ministry environments, partners with parents in the spiritual development of their children, and helps create safe, welcoming, and engaging spaces where young children can begin building a foundation of faith.

We are seeking someone who is relational, organized, and passionate about ministering to young children and their families. The ideal candidate will have experience in children’s ministry, education, or pastoral leadership and enjoy equipping volunteers, supporting parents, and maintaining strong ministry systems. 

This position is primarily onsite and requires regular leadership during Saturday evening and Sunday preschool ministry programming, along with weekday office hours dedicated to ministry planning, volunteer development, and administrative responsibilities.

Missio College is hiring a 30-32 hour a week Missio College Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support for students, faculty, and staff. This role assists with student services, event coordination, curriculum support, social media and day-to-day college operations while helping create a welcoming and organized environment for prospective and current students.

We are seeking someone who is organized, relational, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting higher education. The ideal candidate enjoys serving others, managing multiple priorities, and communicating effectively with students and faculty.

This position is primarily onsite during regular office hours and includes occasional evenings and weekends for events, retreats, graduation, and other Missio College activities. Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.

Ministry Assistant for Preschool & GLO Ministries

Salem Alliance Church is hiring a full-time Ministry Assistant – Preschool, GLO & Children's Ministries to provide administrative, organizational, and ministry support for Preschool Ministries (OMNI), GLO Ministries, and Children's Ministries. This role coordinates volunteers, manages ministry systems, supports events and programs, prepares curriculum materials, and helps create welcoming environments where children, families, and volunteers can thrive.

We are seeking someone who is organized, relational, detail-oriented, and passionate about serving children and families through behind-the-scenes ministry support. The ideal candidate enjoys coordinating volunteers, managing multiple priorities, communicating with warmth and professionalism, and helping ministry leaders accomplish their vision.

This is a primarily onsite position. Regular participation is required one weekend each month during OMNI ministry programming, including Saturday evening and Sunday services, along with weekday office hours supporting ministry planning, volunteer coordination, curriculum preparation, and administrative responsibilities. Occasional evening meetings, camps, trainings, and special ministry events are required throughout the year.

Creative Producer

Salem Alliance Church is seeking a full-time Creative Producer to lead the production and technical support of worship services, live broadcasts, and major church events. This role partners closely with the Worship Leader and Pastor of Online Ministries.

We are looking for a collaborative leader who is passionate about production excellence and enjoys developing volunteers, solving technical challenges, and creating exceptional worship experiences. The ideal candidate has experience in live audio engineering, lighting, video production, and production systems, along with strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.

This is a primarily onsite, weekend-focused ministry position. Regular leadership during Saturday evening and Sunday worship services is required, along with weekday planning, rehearsals, production responsibilities, volunteer development, and evening support for conferences and special events.
