  • Staff Updates

We’re excited to welcome Albert to the team as he steps into the role of our new Baraka Training & Development Coordinator. Read below to learn more about Albert and join us in welcoming him to staff.

Albert Campos has lived in Salem with his wife, Joy, and their three children since 2008, when they began attending Salem Alliance Church. In 2014, they opened Better Than Mama’s restaurant, where they have faithfully served both their customers and staff while building meaningful relationships along the way.

Over the years, Albert has developed a passion for mentoring others and helping people grow. Through this experience—and alongside Joy’s work with Baraka Workforce—he has found a natural connection in supporting new neighbors as they acclimate to life in the U.S.

Albert is excited to work with interns, helping them navigate life in America and experience what it means to live in a community rooted in peace with God.

  • Job Openings

Working at Salem Alliance Church means joining a welcoming, multiethnic team committed to following Jesus and serving our city. Every day you’ll collaborate in authentic community, using your gifts to participate in God’s mission locally and globally.
