Marriage Mentorship Intake Form

Marriage mentorship is built around something beautifully simple: sharing life together.

Sometimes what a marriage needs isn’t another class or program, but another couple who is willing to come alongside you—to share a meal, ask good questions, listen well, encourage you, and intentionally invest in your marriage.

Through Marriage Mentorship, you’ll be paired with a mentor couple who has walked some road ahead of you. You’ll meet together over a season of time, building an authentic relationship where there is space to be known, encouraged, challenged, and built up in your marriage.

This form helps us get to know you both and prayerfully consider a mentor couple who could be a good fit for this season.
