Help My City
During a crisis like this, we especially need volunteers to fuel our vision to see Salem be a city at peace with God.

Send encouragement to everyone at Oregon State Penitentiary (OSP). We are inviting you to write letters or cards of encouragement, hope, faith and courage to be delivered to OSP.
There are 450 staff and 4000 men in custody at the penitentiary, and we have a goal to get each and everyone one of them at least one letter. As you can imagine they are all facing long days, with heightened stress, no visitors and as some in custody have contracted COVID-19.
Letters can be dropped off at Broadway Commons Information desk during regular business hours or during the people of the presence prayer path. Feel free to sign your first name. We would encourage you not to share your personal contact information.
Feed Salem Donations
Feed Salem provides food boxes the 3rd Saturday of the month for families in our community.
We are specifically in need of Peanut butter, jelly, green beans and black beans.
If you are interested in helping make masks, we have material, elastic etc. for you. Please come to the main church parking lot Tuesdays and Fridays from 11:00 am–1:00 pm — enter the south side of the lot at the corner of 5th and Gaines. You can pick up mask material or drop off masks you’ve made.
Outreach In-Person Volunteer
We occasionally need small groups of people (3-4) to help with sorting or assembling items donated.
Join us for a blood drive on Monday, July 27 in Cedar Hall. Click on the link below and use the sponsor code: salemalliance.
Our benevolence fund is focused on providing assistance in our church family community for those impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak and the resulting economic impact.
