MS 6th Grade Social

Right after middle school service, we’re throwing a special welcome party just for our brand-new 6th graders! Join us right outside the Youth Center for a cereal bar, fun games, and a chance to meet your small group leaders! I’ll also lead them through a special tour of the Youth Center! I’m hoping this can help ease any nerves and provide a fun way to kick off their CRASH journey as they start building connections that’ll carry through the year. We can’t wait to see your student there!

Kids Lead Worship

It is such a joy to worship Jesus together with kids. We want to share this experience with the greater church family and let kids lead the way. On Sunday, August 3 during the 9:30am and 11:00am services, all kids in the room will be invited up to the stage steps. Along with Greta and the band, they will lead us in worship. Between now and then, your kids can practice the songs and motions at home. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Evan Mackerell.

Visit Day

We know that transitioning into new ministry areas this fall can prompt many questions and feelings. Visit Day is a special opportunity for rising kinders, third graders, and sixth graders to check out their upcoming ministry area in action! They’ll get to know the space and leaders they’ll see on Sundays starting this fall.* Please note that drop-off and pick-up will stay the same as usual.

Upcoming kindergarteners will visit C1 during the 9:30 and 11:00 services.

Upcoming third graders will visit C2 during the 9:30 and 11:00 services.

Upcoming sixth graders will visit the Student Center during the 9:30 service only.

*Kids will move into their new ministry areas on September 7, 2025.

 

Camp 3/4

Third and fourth graders in C2 are invited to an unforgettable experience filled with faith, friendship, and adventure. Salem Alliance has reserved the entire space, including six yurts holding nine campers and two counselors. Trusted, background-checked C2 and SAC Leaders will serve as those counselors who participate with campers in all the activities, services, and meals led by Camp Tadmor staff. Without phones and screen time, our campers dive deep into spiritual friendships that will last for years.
