Coaching
A trained conciliator will give you one-on-one help to get perspective on your conflict and how to resolve it as a Christian. There is no charge for coaching.
Mediation
When you cannot resolve a conflict with one or more other people, you may need to go to the next step of a Christian mediation. A panel of three (3) trained mediators will be assigned to help both of you to more clearly see through the conflict with Christ's eyes and help you come to a voluntary resolution that works for you and is honoring to God. Typically there are at least two sessions and often more. The mediation fee is a flat $175 regardless of the number of sessions and it is typically split equally between the parties. Cases have ranged from divorce and separation to business disputes, and parent-child and inter-generational family conflicts.
Church Conciliation
Conflict does arise in churches and a growing part of the Peacemaker ministry has been working with churches in conflict to resolve the issue(s) and avoid a church split. Our geographic ministry scope is the Willamette Valley but we will consider requests from areas beyond this. There is a charge for this service.
