Our Goal: “His Kids” is a safe place to be! In the Activity Center (Grades 4-5) parents can choose to either pick kids up or have them meet you in a prearranged area. Let us know which you prefer by completing a “Dismissal Arrangements” card. If this card is not returned we will assume you will be picking your child up. They will not be released without your permission. Cards will also be available in the Activity Center at the check in table.

Sunday School Care Plan
Does your child have special needs that my need to be addressed in the classroom? The Sunday School Care Plan is a form that Grade School Ministries has used to learn about and connect with children who are “differently-abled” so that we can work with their families to prepare a place for them. If you would like to explore finding a place for your child within SAC Grade School Ministries, please download the form below.

Do you have a Special Concern for your child?
Part of ensuring that time spent in His Kids is “the best hour of every child’s week” is to be certain that anyone who interacts with your child is aware of his or her special needs or any concerns you may have. The “Special Concerns form” is a tool that we use to become aware of any way we can better anticipate and prepare for a child with special needs or concerns. We want your child to be comfortable and well cared for here with us. You can download a form at the bottom of this page. Print it out, fill it in and return completed forms to Cindy Hayden’s mailbox or to any His Kids staff person.

Please print it out, fill it in and send it to Salem Alliance, Attention: Karen Votaw, 555 Gaines Street, Salem, OR 97301. Karen will pass on the information to the appropriate person on our team to follow up with you. Kindergarten Registration Form
Kindergarten Parents, thanks so much for taking advantage of our opportunity to register your child online for Sunday School and/or Children’s Church in the fall! Please download and fill out the Kindergarten Registration form, and also take a look at the “special concerns form.” If you do not have a special concern for your child, you do not need to fill out the special concerns form. If we do not receive a special concerns form from you, we will assume that you have no special concerns about your child. We are looking forward to getting to know your child in September and worshipping Jesus together!
