RED Houseboat Trip — June 26–30, 2017
Please read the following information carefully before registering and paying your $50 non-refundable deposit. Registration is now closed.

 

Registration Details

PROGRAM: Wake boarding/tubing/knee boarding, community meals and much more by day with worship and a message by night.

TOTAL COST: $299
$50 for non-refundable deposit.
$150 for housing, food, boats, gasoline, guest speaker, worship set up and misc.
$99 for basic transportation.

ON-LINE REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Sunday, June 11, 2017
*Space is limited. We will fill the houseboats on a first come first serve basis so get your registration in as early as possible.

 

Trip Details

Bag Drop — Friday, June 23, 2017 between 4:30 and 5:30 pm 
Please bring your beach chair, sleeping bag and duffle bag to the youth center for pre-packing. You can bring a backpack on the bus for the day of travel.

Departure — Monday, June 26, 2017 at 6:00 am 
Check-in at 6:00 am at the Youth Center. We will leave promptly at 6:30am. Be ready to check your medications in with the camp nurse.

Return — Friday, June 30, 2017 between 6:00 and 7:00 pm 
We will arrive approximately between 6:00–7:00pm to the Youth Center. We will have students call when we are an hour away from the YC.

Transportation: Salem Alliance Church Bus and Van
Destination: Bridge Bay Resort on Lake Shasta, California
Lodging: Houseboats          

 

What to Bring

What to bring: Swimsuit*, beach chair, sleeping bag, sleeping mat, one small duffle bag or backpack, towel, pillow, toiletries, biodegradable soap/shampoo, sweatshirts/sweatpants for evening activities, sunscreen, sunglasses, bible, notebook/pen, $$$ for two meal stops or bring a bag lunch for the way down and $$$ for lunch on the way home.       

*All girls must wear a one piece or tankini swimsuit and wear shorts at all times, including while sunbathing and in the water. Guys’ swim shorts must have a lining and stay on your hips.

Medications: Please list all medications you will be bringing with you when you register. All medications will need to be turned in, in their original packaging, to the nurse on the departure day. Please arrive promptly at 6:00 am to allow time to check-in and to drop off your medications with our nurse.

 

Pre-Trip Team (For Juniors and Seniors Only)

We will be taking a few selected Juniors and Seniors to go down with us early to help set-up camp. You must complete the on-line registration form in addition to the written questions to be considered for this team.
