Trunk or Treat
Trunk or Treat With Us:
Trunk or Treat provides an incredible opportunity for Salem Alliance Church to show our neighborhood what Jesus is like through smiles, costumes and conversation. Trunk or Treat is a safe, interactive space for neighborhood families to walk from trunk to trunk to get candy and show off their fun costumes.
Join us Saturday, October 28, 2023 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm in our paved parking lot on the corner of Fifth and Gaines Street. Trunk or Treat will happen rain or shine, so plan accordingly with weather protection. No registration is necessary to attend.
Volunteer With Us:
Host a trunk! Decorate your trunk, dress up if you’d like and pass out candy. Please decorate and dress up in a family-friendly way (Nothing too spooky or gory), but have fun and be creative. 30 trunk hosts would make this event amazing. Set-up time for our volunteers will begin at 11:00 am. We will be setting up trunks around the perimeter of the parking lot. Bring at least one batch of candy so we can begin at 12:00 pm, and then we will refill your candy buckets as needed. You can also bring small toys, trinkets and extra candy, if you would like. Help sort donated candy! The day before Trunk or Treat we need help sorting and preparing all the candy that has been donated for this special event for distribution to our trunk hosts during the event.
